General Questions:
What is the difference between "Static HTML/CSS (no CMS, no dashboard)" in the Static Starter package and the other packages that seem to include more dynamic capabilities?
What exactly does "Copywriting included" mean for the Launch, Growth, and Scale sites? Does the customer provide a content outline, or is all content creation handled by the provider?
Copywriting included means we’ll write the words for your website, not just design it. You’ll fill out a short questionnaire or give us existing materials (like brochures or LinkedIn), and we’ll handle the rest: headlines, calls to action, and page content written to fit your brand and goals. You’ll review and approve everything before launch. This is standard in most full-service web agencies, especially for packages like Launch, Growth, and Scale, where the goal isn’t just to “look good” — it’s to communicate clearly and convert visitors into clients.
How does the support change across the packages? What is the difference between a “Monthly 1-hour support call,” a “Monthly 1-hour check-in,” and a “Monthly 1-hour strategy call”?
Support evolves with your growth. In the Launch package, you get monthly 1-hour support calls for 3 months — think of it as help desk time: we answer questions, fix minor things, or guide you through using your site. In Growth, you get monthly check-ins — we still support you, but we also track how your site is performing. At the Scale level, it’s a full strategy call — we look at data, suggest improvements, plan campaigns, and help your site grow with your business. We’re not clock-watchers — we stick with you until you’re confident.
Can I purchase a lower-tier package and then upgrade to a higher one later?
Yes, you can upgrade later.
Many clients start small, then level up as their business grows — and we make that easy. If you upgrade within 90 days, we’ll credit a portion of your original package toward the new one. Just note: if the higher tier includes major new features (like a CMS, blog, or a platform switch), that part will be quoted separately, since it requires fresh setup. We don’t redo finished work, but we do reward loyalty. And no, we won’t charge you twice for things we’ve already built. We’ll make the transition smooth, fair, and forward-looking.
Are there any hidden or recurring costs not mentioned, such as for hosting or domain renewal?
Specific Questions by Package:
Static Starter:
How is the "Domain + hosting setup" handled? Does the client need to purchase the domain and hosting separately, or is it included in the price?
What kind of hosting is provided by "Cloudflare Pages or Netlify"? Is there a separate cost for this?
What is the "1 round of revisions" process? Does this mean all feedback must be given at once?
Launch Site:
What "premium templates" are available (e.g., Astra, Divi)? Can the customer choose the template?
You’ll pick the one that feels right for your business, and we’ll customise it to match your colours, logo, and style — so it looks and feels like your brand, not just another template.
How is "brand-matched design" executed with a pre-existing premium template?
What does the "Basic SEO setup" include?
Growth Site:
What specific "lead gen integrations" are supported (e.g., specific CRM and analytics platforms)?
Think of it as wiring your digital storefront with a customer counter, a clipboard, and a direct line to your sales team.
What is the difference between "Custom UX tweaks to theme structure" and a "Fully custom layout and design?”
What does "Advanced SEO basics" cover that "Basic SEO setup" does not?
The Basic SEO setup ensures your website is search-friendly at a foundational level. It includes setting clear page titles, optimising images for speed, making sure the site works well on mobile, using clean URLs, and verifying the site with Google Search Console. Stepping up to Advanced SEO basics adds more structure: we fine-tune headings for clarity, build internal links for better crawlability, submit your sitemap, and include basic schema markup to help Google understand your content better. Think of Basic as tidying your storefront; Advanced is putting up signs, maps, and lights so more people can find it.
